These terms apply to all learners, students, parents, guardians, subscribers, purchasers, and visitors of codend Academy.

codend Academy provides technical educational content, including standalone courses sold individually, subscription-based courses, interactive coding materials, video lectures, assessments, certificates, and eligible trial sessions.

We strive to maintain the highest quality of instruction, but courses and curriculum may be updated or modified from time to time to reflect improvements or changes in technology.

When you create an account with us whether for yourself or on behalf of a minor you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our service or a third-party service.

We expect all students to maintain a respectful and productive learning environment. Any form of harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior during live sessions or within community forums will not be tolerated.

Violations of conduct expectations may lead to immediate suspension or permanent termination from the program at our sole discretion.

Standalone course fees are charged per course and provide access according to the course offer. Subscription fees are billed on the cycle you select at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

All course content, instructional materials, brand assets, and platform code remain the exclusive property of codend Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

Student project submissions remain the intellectual property of the student, though by submitting work on our platform you grant us a limited license to display that work for educational showcasing purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, codend Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount you paid to codend Academy in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to that liability.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website.

Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
