Refund Policy

All purchases on codend Academy are generally final and non-refundable once access is granted. Because our courses deliver digital lessons, labs, assessments, and platform access, we encourage every learner to review the course details before subscribing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Once cancelled, your access continues until the end of the current billing period and no further charges will be made. We do not issue refunds for partially used billing periods.

We understand that life happens. In rare cases such as accidental duplicate purchases or documented technical failures that prevented access please reach out to our support team. We review these on a case-by-case basis and will always try to find a fair resolution.
