Refund Policy

All purchases on codend Academy are generally final and non-refundable once access is granted. Standalone courses are purchased individually and subscription courses are accessed through an active membership. Because our courses deliver digital lessons, labs, assessments, and platform access, we encourage every learner to review the course details and use any available standalone trial session before committing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Once cancelled, your access continues until the end of the current billing period and no further charges will be made. We do not issue refunds for partially used billing periods, and subscription-based courses do not include trial sessions.

Trial sessions are available only for eligible standalone courses. They let you experience the teaching style, course format, and fit before buying that course individually. These trial sessions are not subscription trials and do not apply to subscription-based courses.

We understand that life happens. In rare cases such as accidental duplicate purchases or documented technical failures that prevented access please reach out to our support team. We review these on a case-by-case basis and will always try to find a fair resolution.
